12 July 07, Lake Louise, Banff National Park, B.C.

When my great aunt visited Banff National Park in the 1930's she had tea at Lake Louise and my mother remembered her stories about it. We decided to have dinner at the Fairmont Chateau dining room instead of tea but we thought of her in the there looking at the Lake and what it must have been like at the Lake 80 years ago.

They were having quite a warm spell when we were there and with no air conditioning it was ' close' but in spite of it our dinner was excellent and we very much enjoyed ourselves.
