McKinney Falls State Park, Austin

One afternoon the dogs and I took a walk in a part of McKinney Falls State Park, where we're still camped and here are a few pictures I took.
Mistletoe growing on an Oak tree.
Onion Creek
Lower Falls at the beginning of the hike.
Lower Falls at around 5 pm after hiking for a couple hours.
The water flows between the rock here when the creek flow is low. You can see how the water has hollowed out areas of the rock on top and under the water.
Bill was out walking with the dogs yesterday and right near our camper he came upon these deer. He had the dogs with him and they didn't even notice the them as wind direction was in favor of the deer and they also held still as statues. He dropped the dogs off and grabbed the camera and took these pictures.

Bye for now.
